Because our cakes and desserts are custom-made for each order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been prepared.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will review your case and do our best to resolve it, whether through a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for damage to cakes or desserts after they have been picked up or delivered.
